What: Beach Boot Camp

Where: Wellfleet and Dennis!

Lecount Hollow Beach on the National Seashore at the end of Lecount Hollow Rd. (Down the street from Wellfleet General Store off Rt. 6)

Starting Tuesday, June 21st throughout the 2011 summer season

Who: Open to anyone who

wants to look and feel great!!!

Our objectives:

• Increase strength, flexibility, and endurance while shedding unwanted weight

• Learn basic yoga postures, strength training exercises, and plyometric drills

• Get in shape while enjoying the natural beauty of Cape Cod

• Learn from two different instructors with a wide array of knowledge, experience, and teaching styles

• Work out with friends and achieve results in a fun and safe environment

1-Class Drop-in $15

5-Class Card $55

***Class cards can be used at both locations***

Instructors:

Eric Clark, a licensed massage therapist, certified yoga teacher, and personal trainer with 11 years teaching experience.  Eric blends cardio, yoga, martial arts and strength training to deliver a workout that is sure to get results.

Rich Murphy is a personal trainer, a three-sport athlete, and aspiring physical therapist.  Rich combines a love of working out with an advanced degree in exercise science.  Rich designs workouts that will make your legs shake.
