Eric M. Clark, MA, LMT, CYT, CPT.

Although always a very active and health conscious person, Eric entered the field of wellness in a round-about manner. Eric attended the University of Connecticut and graduated with a master's degree in Mathematics Education in 1999.  He began teaching high school mathematics in South Windsor Connecticut in the summer of 1999, and remained there until moving to Cape Cod in July 2009.  During his tenure at SWHS, Eric also earned a second master's degree in Educational technology.

Though he enjoyed teaching and loved working with people, he knew something was missing. Eric felt his energy being drawn elsewhere and knew it was time to find his true passion. It was this search for inner peace and a balanced body, mind, and spirit, that led Eric to his current path, and prompted him and his wife J to co-author Green Sun Wellness. 

In the spirit of self exploration, he joined his wife for a Reiki attunement and received his first degree Reiki certification under Reiki Master Meghan Eroh (of the Usui tradition) and second degree under Reiki Master Carla Priest.  This turned out to be a much needed catalyst with such a profound effect, that shortly after he began schooling at Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy (CCMT).  He graduated in August of 2008, and began a small home-based, part-time massage practice in CT.  Eric went on to earn his 200 hour Yoga Teacher Certification through Matt and Anne Falkowski of Samadhi Yoga in Manchester, CT (and is currently working on his 500 hour training).  Eric is a certified Personal Training through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and is currently studying Traditional Thai Massage with Rick Haesche of Bodymind Thai massage, in West Hartford, CT. Eric is also a student of Ed Parker Kenpo Karate, he loves the outdoors, and is currently attending the New England School of Acupuncture (NESA).

J J. Clark, LMT, CYT

J grew up on Tybee Island, just outside of Savannah, GA.  She attended the Savannah College of Art and Design before moving to Connecticut to pursue an education in Massage Therapy.  She graduated from The Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in April 2006. J practiced various modalities of therapeutic massage in the Hartford, Connecticut area from the fall of 2006 until June 2009, before relocating to Cape Cod. J expanded her wellness skills as the massage therapist at the Hartford YMCA, as well as through her work at  Ravenwood Holistic Wellness Center in Manchester, CT. Through her training and experience, J has developed an interest in pregnancy physiology.  She is a labor doula and also specializes in pregnancy massage. She has her first degree reiki certification from Reiki Master Megan Eroh under the Usui tradition and second degree under Reiki Master Carla Priest.  J has also studied Traditional Thai Massage and Thai for the table with Rick Haesche.  J received her yoga teaching certification from Samadhi Yoga Studio in Manchester CT in a Kripalu based tradition with leanings towards the Tantric Hatha style of yoga. J's many diverse interests include the fine arts, environmental concerns, and discovering ways to simplify and live naturally.
